Is there a free trial?
Yes — build and preview your site completely free. You only pay when you're ready to publish and make it live on your domain.
Can I have multiple sites?
Yes. On the Pro plan, each published site is $49/month (or $39/month annual). On the Agency plan, up to 10 sites are included at a flat $199/month — ideal for designers and studios managing client work.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Monthly is $49/month, no commitment. Annual is $39/month billed as $468/year — you save $120 per site per year. You can switch any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your renewal anytime from Settings → Billing — your site stays live for the rest of the paid period. Within the first 14 days we offer a full refund, no questions asked.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
Your site goes offline at the end of the billing period, but your project is saved for 30 days so you can reactivate without starting over.
Do you offer a refund?
Yes — if you're not happy in your first 14 days, email hello@sitora.ai for a full refund, no questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, and Amex via Stripe. Card details are never stored on our servers.
